You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on the Platform (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant DesiProp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Content in connection with the Platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DesiProp disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DesiProp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DesiProp be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
6. Termination
DesiProp may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7. Governing Law
California, USA: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
United Kingdom: These Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless you are a consumer covered by UK or EU consumer protection laws.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DesiProp regarding your use of the Platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
California, USA: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, you and DesiProp agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, you and DesiProp agree to binding arbitration.
United Kingdom: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, you and DesiProp agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options such as mediation before resorting to litigation.

Celebrate diversity: Consider including visuals that showcase a diverse range of people enjoying the property or living in the neighborhood (with their consent, of course).
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
DesiProp reserves the right to remove or edit listings that violate our Equality and Diversity terms. We encourage all users to report any listings they feel are discriminatory or offensive.
